Here's how they are made, and why they're better than the rest!

We begin the manufacturing process.
The drill bits are manufactured with a special
"High molybdenum Tool Steel"
("M-7 tool steel")
hardened to a range of 64.5 to 66 RC{rockwell}.
This tighter specification yields a more consistent
drill bit with a higher average hardness.
Therefore: More resistance to wear!

Tighter tolerances for flutes mean more accuracy
and consistancy of drill bits.

Extra wear resistance in hard metals
and Stainless.
Greater life expectancy!
Gold Carbonic coating improves lubricity.
135 degree split point drill bits
These drill bits are
self centering /non walking" split Points "
which reduces the thrust required with all other drill bits.
flatted shank drill bits
Unique radial split
increases the angle of the drill bits
and gives greater chip clearance
with increased feed rates
and maintains greater torsional stiffness.

Three flats on shank
to prevent spinning in the chuck.
25/64ths to 1/2" has reduced 3/8ths shank
for easy use in standard drill motors.

The Magnum M-7 drill bits is are
an effective replacement for cobalt drills.
The difference is the point and web construction.
The Magnum is 1/2 the web thickness.
Not as much thrust is needed to cut .
Less feed force is needed.
With the thinner web and flute design, they out-perform all cobalt bits
in alloyed steels and all stainless!

The Magnum M-7 drill bit
will out-perform all HHS & cobalt bits
in all types of Steel!
